Custom Sports Tops Bulk Procedures
Pair Fashion make the bulk manufacturing procedures as follows
- Handle out the bulk docs after our customers pay the deposit.
- Mockup designers make or adjust the mockups and calculate the materials for the bulks.
- Sourcing personnel buy the materials. QC inspect the materials according to the bulk docs.
- (If seamless designs) Weave the custom sports tops and dye them. QC inspects the bulk for the sec time.
- Cut the fabric.
- Add the care instructions.
- Stitch the custom sports tops. QC inspects the bulk for the third time.
- Cut extra lines, iron the products, QC inspects the bulk for the fourth time and pack the custom sports tops.
Inspection & Certificates
For the whole bulk procedures, normally, we have 4 times inspection to make sure these custom sports tops meet your needs. We have material inspection, stitching inspection, packing inspection, and dying inspection, the first 3 of which are spot checks.
Dying inspection is 100% full inspection.Pair Fashion has CE, ROSH, SGS, and Intertek products test reports for all sports tops. If needed, let us know. All these make sure our custom sports tops are perfect for your brand collection.
