Secondly, the designer will carefully look at the structure or pattern of each part on the seamless bra, as well as determine what weaving method and seamless machine will be used. Is there mesh, jacquard, reinforcement, or is the mesh structure special? These require HD design images or reference samples.
Because the jacquard effect of some seamless bra design is inconsistent with the actual effect, we need to further communicate with the guests; Some jacquards cannot be realized and the design needs to be further modified.
At the same time, the designer checks the size table of the seamless bra to confirm whether the size of each part meets
the seamless production standards, such as the front and back bulge size, chest circumference and hem size, whether the waist and hip size difference is too large, hip size, and whether the size skip rules are reasonable. If not, we will communicate with the guest at the first time. If the product design is a cut and sewn style rather than a seamless bra style, we will also feedback to the customer for modification.
Finally, a comprehensive assessment is needed. For example, there may be problems in weaving and dyeing, and there may also be problems in sewing. If there is no problem, we will start sampling and send to the customer.
