1. How can we make sure the size of our custom clothing meet our need?
Answer: Each sportswear brand has their own model team. Let us know your models’ sizes. We can custom your private label sportswear collection with your sizes. Or we will send you the most popular size chart in your country. You can check if they are good for your model team. Sample orders are very good way to test the sizes.
2. Can we personalize our custom clothing’s colors and the designs?
Answer: Pair fashion is a private label sportswear factory. We personalize your colors and the OEM designs with your logo. Give us your ideas and pics, we can go on with the customization services.
3. How can we order our custom clothing designs with our logo?
Answer: We are the OEM/ODM sportswear factory. Send us your requests with your logo and designs via [email protected]. We will contact you within 12 hours.
4. Which ways do you use for shipping our private label sportswear?
Answer: For samples, we will use DHL, FedEx, and UPS to save time. These are the globally welcomed and safest and fastest way. For bulks, we can use DHL, FedEx, and UPS, sea shipping or air shipping.
5. What’s the lead time for sampling and bulk of custom clothing?
Answer: For private sportswear samples, lead time is 15 business days. For bulks, lead time is about 35 business days.
6. Do you deliver worldwide?
Answer: Yes, we deliver the wholesale sportswear to any country or districts around the world. Give us your nominated place address, we will check the lead time.
7. How can we track our items?
Answer: We will give the tracking number once we ship your sportswear with your logo. We will update for you every the other day or we will give you the link to check as well.
8. What payment methods do you offer?
Answer: T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Card are accepted.
9. Are the custom clothing certificated?
Answer: Yes, our custom clothing are CE, ROHS certificated. Also, we pass ISO9001.
10. Is the factory audited?
Answer: Yes, we are the wholesale sportswear audit factory. We would like to send you the factory audit certificate if you need it.
11. Can we sign the confidential doc with you?
Answer: Yes, a lot of customers ask us to do that. It is our duty to protect each and every brand we work with.
12. What if we get faulty items?
Answer: We will refund those faulty products. But of course, we will try our best not to make faulty products to any customers.
13. How long is the warranty period of our bulk?
Answer: 2 years.
