Time flies, this week is Aya’s sixth anniversary of coming to work at pairfashion. We have already worked together for six years. During these six years, Aya has made significant contributions to the development of pairfashion.
Pairfashion is a professional factory that specializes in producing custom sportswear, custom yoga wear, custom golf wear and private label equestrian breeches and other private label equestrian items etc. We have advanced machinery and professional technical personnels to provide customized services for sportswear brands around the world. As sales person, who have close contact with customers, we need to have professional product knowledge on private label sportswear, yoga wear, golf wear and equestrian clothes, foreign trade skills, industry dynamics, and more. As an excellent sales person, this is the most basic requirement and the foundation for us to provide excellent advice and opinions to our customers. Aya, as a salesperson of custom sportswear factory, has made great efforts to achieve this. We vaguely remember that she had just come to the company for half a year. In order to better serve customers and improve her sportswear sales performance, she continued to learn product knowledge about customized sportswear, yoga suits, golf suits, and equestrian clothes from more outstanding colleagues in the office every day after work, and improving her English proficiency. Many times, due to time differences, our sales requires staying up late to chat with customers. Aya often chats with clients until midnight or even 1am. We know this is her preparation for a better future.
Still remember at one time, there was a customer asking for better lead time for custom sportswear bulk. Every detail had already confirmed. But that customer needed better lead time to finish the sportswear bulk to catch her launch. Without doubt, even though it was 12:00pm, Aya calls our staff who handed the lead time, our boss and her manger. After a brief meeting for the material sourcing, weaving lead time, dying lead time, cutting lead time and stitching lead time etc, we roughly knew it was OK to hurry up a little bit for the sportswear bulk lead time for her customers. We could not just promise customers a short lead time and then ended up putting off! It is not good. But at last, we made it! Everything was going smoothly.
Aya now communicates and serves more than a hundred customers and brands of customized sportswear, golf wear, and equestrian clothes. Received unanimous praise from Pairfashion and customers. We believe that hard work is a prerequisite for achieving good returns. We firmly believe that Aya’s future sales path will continue to improve. I also hope we have a longer colleague relationship.
